The short version
We don't sell your personal information. We collect the minimum needed to run the site and understand what people find useful.
Information we collect
- Analytics. Standard web analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. We use this in aggregate to decide what to write next.
- Email address, if and only if you choose to subscribe. Used to send you what you signed up for. Unsubscribe any time; the link is in every email.
- Messages you send us, kept so we can reply and track corrections.
We do not ask for, want, or knowingly store health information about you. Please don't send us your sleep study or medical records.
Cookies and advertising
Affiliate links set a cookie at the retailer so they can attribute a purchase to us. If we run display advertising, the ad network and its partners may set cookies to serve and measure ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking them will not stop the site working.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — we don't sell it in any case. Email hello@thecpapguide.com and we will action it.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
